Meet Jack, the driving force behind our fitness family. With 6 years of industry experience and an impressive list of accomplishments, he's the one who can help you reach your fitness, strength, and wellness goals. He is a certified Personal Trainer and CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, and also the proud owner of Fitness on Fire, established 2017.
His passion for improving people's lives through fitness started early in his journey, and he's continually expanded his expertise through various qualifications and certifications.
In our Group Training Classes, you'll benefit from Jack's 6+ years of hands-on experience as a personal trainer who deeply values each individual's unique fitness journey. He understands that everyone's path is distinctive, and he's here to assist you in reaching your personal fitness goals.

But Jack is not just our coach; he's also a New Zealand Strongman athlete and record holder, currently holding the record for the heaviest Axle Clean & Press at 145kg! His accomplishments have inspired many of our members to take up competitive challenges, and they've thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Michaela
Meet Michaela
She’s Jack’s partner in crime and her infectious energy keeps us all going!
Along with Jack Michaela also leads our ladies classes, she’s passionate about helping women achieve their fitness goals and have fun doing it.
You will also find her in the gym as an active member of Fitness on Fire and even on the competition floor. She enjoys competing in both CrossFit and Strongman competitions and encourages others to give it a go.
Beyond the gym she’s a dedicated Personal Trainer and student, currently in the third year of her studies to complete a degree in Sport and Recreation, with majors in community health, women’s health and special populations.
