  • Build functional strength for everyday life with our unique & varied training 

  • Focused training based around squat, overhead press and deadlift. It's about lifting awkward objects (like those you encounter in life) and getting them from A to B, whether that is from ground to over head or from one end of the room to the other.

  • Suitable for all fitness levels & ages, it's you against you!
